We will send your flight requirements out to our network of authorized aircraft operators once you have registered your flight requests to Stella Jets (online, by email, or by phone)

In the US, Stella Jets operates a large network of helicopters. Outside of airports, helicopter landing places require the consent of the landowner. To discuss your helicopter charter needs, please contact a Stella Jets agent.
-
Many variables, like flight distance, passenger count, runway lengths, geographical area, and, of course, money, will determine which aircraft is most suited for your journey. If you have any questions concerning the type of aircraft necessary for your private flight, please contact a Stella Jets representative.
-
Depending on the kind of aircraft, the speed of a private jet varies considerably. The Citation X (ten) is the world's fastest civilian aircraft, although several smaller jets, such as the VLJ (Very Light Jet) family of aircraft, have lower maximum flight speeds than commercial jets. The advantage of flying privately is the time saved on the ground. Traveling in a private jet is much faster than flying on a scheduled airline since there are no delays waiting for luggage or clearing customs. On lengthier journeys, Air Traffic Control (ATC) will be able to grant private planes many more shortcuts than a commercial airline. This is due to the fact that most private aircraft have a faster rate of ascent and can fly higher than a commercial airline.
-
You can fly with your pet in the cabin if he or she has the necessary travel documentation. Pet flights are governed differently in various nations. If you have any questions regarding traveling with pets, please contact us at +1 (248) 264-3708 for the most up-to-date pet travel information.
-
Stella Jets provides a private jet charter service, which entails hiring the entire aircraft. If you fly alone or with every seat filled, the aircraft charter fee remains the same. When airport passenger tax is charged to the flight, only a minor difference in cost will occur. Passenger tax rules vary by nation, and this will be thoroughly discussed throughout the pricing process.
-
Using the closest airport to your home or place of business can cut travel time by several hours. Due to the fact that private jet passengers are not restricted to the same airports as scheduled airline passengers, they may often fly into airports that are considerably closer to their final destination. Use a private jet airport finder to locate your nearest airport.
Sumbitting A Request

Stella Jets has a strict safety policy in place to ensure the safety and security of our customers. The aircraft operators that provide quotes for your travel through the Stella Jets network are licensed to commercially charter their aircraft and are controlled by their respective national civil aviation authorities. Stella Jets can provide comprehensive reports on the businesses and personnel that fly your chosen aircraft upon request.
-
Stella Jets always advocate having two pilots on every trip; in fact, depending on the kind of aircraft, this is frequently a legal necessity. Only having one pilot is allowed in some situations, such as daytime helicopter rides.
-
The quantity of luggage that may be carried on a private jet is determined by the plane's size and the number of people on board. The usual baggage allowance for a small plane is one piece of luggage per passenger seat plus cabin luggage. The luggage compartments of larger aircraft, such as the Gulfstream, can accommodate up to 20 big bags.
-
On-board VIP catering will be appropriate for the time of day. These will usually be pre-prepared buffet-style choices for small cabin airplanes. A fully licensed bar and soft drinks will be available on all flights. Catering can be provided onboard and hot meals are supplied on bigger cabin planes with galley facilities. When feasible, special catering requirements will be fulfilled.
-
Most private jet hubs have contracts with catering businesses or adjacent restaurants and hotels, so special catering requirements are almost usually met.

We accept bank transfers.
Before You Take Off
-
We will confirm your flight with the operator once you have booked with Stella Jets.
You must then sign and return the contract we provide you, inform us of any catering needs, and email us each passenger's passport information.
-
In most cases, it is simple to add more passengers to a private jet flight at the last minute. However, it is essential to verify with Stella Jets beforehand to avoid any embarrassment or inconveniences for your party. Customers must pre-clear some locations (such as Russia). Due to aircraft landing and take-off weight limitations, there may be a limit on the maximum number of passengers for shorter runways.
-
When flying by private aircraft, your passport may or may not be required, depending on your trip destination and country. However, even for domestic flights inside their own nation, Stella Jets always suggests that our clients fly with a passport.
-
Because private aircraft is all about flexibility, changing your departure schedule is usually not an issue. Please give Stella Jets as much notice as possible so that we can book new Air Traffic Control and airport slots to accommodate your itinerary.
-
Stella Jets advises customers to be at the airport 30 minutes prior to the scheduled departure time (airborne). This can be lowered to 15 minutes at some airports.
-
Private jet passengers check-in for their flight at FBOs (Fixed Based Operators) at most bigger airports. Private jet passengers may often be taken directly through security to their aircraft at numerous airports. Arriving at the private jet terminal and boarding your plane usually takes less than 5 minutes. If your flight is delayed, or if you have decided to come early, the FBOs will usually feature private executive lounges where you may relax or work.
-
Both the aircraft captain and a representative from the handling agency will accompany you to and from the aircraft at your departure and arrival airports (or FBO). If you require ground transportation to or from the airport, please inquire with your Stella Jets agent, who will gladly assist you.
-
Private jet check-in facilities are available at most airports. Normally, these are given by specialized handling agents (often called FBOs). Stella Jets will email you full instructions to the airport, and your aircraft captain will meet you there.
-
For all private jet trips, customs and immigration procedures must be followed. Customers of private jets are sometimes unaware of any checks that may be done before the trip. The private jet terminal at major airports will have specialized customs and immigration employees. Customs and Immigration officers are rarely seen at tiny airports, however, they will be notified of your trip and may make special visits to the airport to greet an aircraft.
